Expect a party when Remember Jones and his band make their Medford Oktoberfest debut to celebrate the official start of Oktoberfest around the world!  Remember Jones is a captivating showman, soul/pop singer, storyteller, and bandleader, with one-of-a-kind song styling and expert storytelling that keep audiences on their toes and emotions in the moment. Evoking the authentic energy of the greatest front men and women, his original music, high energy, show-band staging, and creative, theatrical events have played to packed and sold-out clubs and theaters throughout the United States.


Recently regarded as one of the Most Influential Figures in NJ Entertainment (Asbury Park Press/USA Today), and called “high energy… Broadway-ready” as part of several features in ROLLING STONE Magazine, Remember Jones has shared stages with Bruce Springsteen, George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, Dionne Warwick, Ronnie Spector & The Ronettes, Darlene Love, Buster Poindexter, Nigel Hall, Rebirth Brass Band, Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk, Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes, and more, further justifying his versatility. He has been a member of the acclaimed Everyone Orchestra alongside Robert Randolph, Steve Kimock and members of Ween, moe., The Roots, The Revivalists, and more. In the vein of putting a spin on the work of other artists, Remember Jones released Ain’t That a Kick in the Head?!, a single in celebration of Dean Martin’s 100th birthday, sharing studio time with Dean’s daughter, Deana Martin.

MERCHANTS

Philly's Groove Merchants return to kick off the festivities on the main stage.  Fueled with howling vocals from frontman Tye Vallone, driven by Luke Ferracone’s guitar work, and insured through swelling organ and focused horn sounds with a hustling backbeat from bassist John Evin Groome and Peter Snyder on drums, the band twists in elements of blues, funk, soul and rock resulting in a revival of authentic performance.
