SPATEN OKTOBERFEST
Marzen-style German beer with 5.9 ABV produced by Spaten Franziskaner Brau Brewery. Predominantly sweet malts, caramel malts, bready malt, hops, and very slight citrus notes.
paulaner oktoberfest
One of the original Oktoberfest beers and also one of the most loved. Paulaner Oktoberfest is a rich, full-bodied amber lager with notes of caramel, cracker, lemon and soft, green grass. 5.6 ABV.
spaten lager
“Helles” means “bright” in German, and this style pours a clear, bright straw yellow to pale-golden color with a creamy white head. Unlike German Pilsners, this German Lager style is more malt-forward in character, exhibiting bready, toasted grain flavors with only a hint of sweetness. Modest Noble hop aroma and flavor may be present in Munich Helles Lager, but bitterness is low, allowing the beer to finish with a clean, malty note and expressing no fruity yeast esters. 5.5 ABV
​weihenstephaner hefewizen
Full-bodied golden-yellow wheat beer with aromas of cloves. Finishes clean with a refreshing banana flavor. 5.4 ABV.
shipyard pumpkinhead
Pale Ale, Wheat, and Light Munich malts combine with the natural tannin in pumpkin and the delicate spiciness of Saphir and Hallertau Hops to balance the sweetness of the fruit. 9.0 ABV.
southern tier pumking
Pumpkin puree and pie spices, malty, bready; cinnamon dominates with nutmeg and vanilla in the background. ABV 8.0.

oktoberfest
Traditional German style with touches of American influence. It is copper in color, has a nose that boasts malt richness, and a bready flavor with toasty notes. The finish is dry with a balanced hint of Hallertau Mittlefruh and Saaz hops. 5.8 ABV
king's gold
This thirst-quenching golden American lager has a low hop rate, medium body, a light malty sweetness, and a crisp finish. This beer is light golden in color, crystal clear with a medium white head. The aroma is honey-like with a sweet biscuity quality. 5.2 ABV
Cold Crush
This Cold IPA was fermented with lager yeast at lower temperatures than normal for an IPA. The result is a dry and crisp drinking experience. It was hopped in the kettle with Idaho 7 and Columbus, and then dry hopped with a blend of Motueka, Centennial and Citra, producing a magnificent hop aroma and clean bitterness, with notes of lemon lime soda, lavender, grapefruit and honey. 6.8% ABV

ample Vengeance
This New England-style IPA features a juicy sweetness with citrus and tropical fruit notes. It is heavily dry hopped producing a beer that is hazy, with a fuller body and creamy mouthfeel, but virtually no hop bitterness. 7.1% ABV
Healthy, Wealthy, & Weizen
German Light Hefeweizen. Our first release from our opening days in 2016 and continually on tap at Lower Forge as one of our flagships. Brewed with New Jersey wheat and barley grown at Rabbit Hill Farms in Cumberland County and hopped with regionally grown noble-style hops - HW&W is an approachable craft beer for anyone who usually sticks with mass-market macrobrews or those intimidated by higher alcohol and hoppier styles. Part of our Jersey Fresh products with 100% of the grains sourced within NJ. Brewed lactose-free. 5.4 ABV.

Enjoying the popular late summer release of our award-winning Watermelon-infused hard seltzer reminds us that just because September is here, it's not the end of summer until the leaves start falling. Perfect for enjoying by the pool, by a campfire, or even during a lovely afternoon at Medford's favorite music festival. Brewed with watermelons sourced regionally as well as a touch of citrus to balance the sweetness naturally. Brewed gluten-free and lactose-free. 4.5 ABV.
